All the staff took part in dressing up to raise money for Alzheimer's research.
In the UK around 850,000 people are living with Alzheimer’s, this figure is set to rise to 1.6 million by 2040.
As a staff many of us have been or are being affected by this cruel disease so we decided to dress as elves on Friday 4th December! This event was nationwide and raised money for the charity Alzheimer’s UK. We hope that the money we raised £92.00 will help research and find a cure or just some respite in the speed of the rate it spreads.
We wanted it to be a surprise for the children and the looks on their faces was amazing! The children all went home with a candy cane as a little thank you for being so good about it all.
There are some photographs of us for your amusement and to share with your child!
