'Bags to School' raises over £200!

'Bags to Schools' deemed a 'Roaring Success'.

Over two hundred pounds was raised by our recent 'Bags to Schools' campaign. Parents, carers and pupils bagged up all their old clothes and shoes and brought them to school, where they were weighed and then taken away in a truck. The money raised was spent on the creation of a path to make the school allotment more accessible for pupils. Mrs C. Cook, organiser of the 'Bags to Schools' initiative, said the campaign had been a 'Roaring Success."
