Looking after your health and wellbeing is very important. Check out some of these tips and links below on how to try and keep yourself healthy and happy.
If there is anything you are struggling with and you would like to talk to someone, lead for emotional health and well being is Mrs Allen. Mrs Allen has a mentoring room (opposite class 2), if you would like to chat to Mrs Allen, your teacher will be able to help you find her.

Wake & Shake is a brilliant way to wake up your body and brain in the mornings and to help keep us focused during the day.
