Physical Education

Meet Mrs Bell!

Mrs Bell is our PE teacher at Culverhill and works Monday - Thursday.
At Culverhill we are really lucky to have excellent sports equipment and activities running throughout the year. We have lessons both in our hall, on the all weather pitch and on our field!

We recently had a 'Daily Mile' path installed around our playground and field.

House Teams

All students and staff are a part of a house team, the names of these houses were chosen in 2019 by year 11 students, of famous paralympic athletes.

Each summer term we have a whole school Sports Day, where every child has the opportunity to represent their house team and earn tokens for their house team. You can earn these tokens throughout the year by wearing your correct p.e kit to every lesson, taking part and being a kind and supportive team mate.

Sport Clubs

Here is a helpful guide to a range of Inclusive Sports Clubs outside of school that you may be interested in joining.  All of the clubs listed specialise in providing friendly, fun sessions which enable children to enjoy sport in the community and to meet children with similar interests.  All of the clubs listed below have links with the Culverhill PE department* and are attended by Culverhill pupils.

*The activities and sports clubs listed here are all independently run and are not endorsed by Culverhill School or Enable Trust.  It is the responsibility of parents/carers to assess the suitability of any club or activity for the child in their care.
