P.E Kit/Uniform
We are very proud of our Culverhill P.E. kit which the children have co-designed and which enables the children to participate safely and comfortably in lessons. It also means our pupils can represent the school with pride at any inter-school sports events that they may attend. It has been very noticeable how smart our pupils looked when attending sports events this year.
Staff supporting PE lessons also wear Culverhill PE kit.
The kit that your son/daughter will need for every PE lesson is:
- Culverhill PE T-Shirt.
- Culverhill Sweatshirt or Fleece
- Navy blue or black shorts, joggers or sports leggings (Cotton leggings are not suitable.)
- A suitable sports bra is recommended as part of the PE kit where appropriate (in line with Government guidance)
- Socks
- Trainers* which are fastened with laces or Velcro straps. (Slip-ons and canvas daps are really not suitable as they do not provide enough support or absorb shock and are canvas is not waterproof.)
Many of our pupils wear black trainers as their school shoes, which is great, but they must bring a separate pair of trainers for PE.
In order to ensure your child’s safety in PE lessons long hair must be tied back and any piercings must be removed or covered with tape.

It is important that all clothing should be clearly marked with the pupil's name.
